Individual therapy
Our individual therapy sessions provide a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. We utilise evidence-based approaches to help individuals overcome challenges, manage stress, and achieve personal goals.
Service information
Service Delivery and Cost
Individual therapy is delivered solely through video and telehealth, and fees are standardised at $230 per session.
Medicare Rebates
A Medicare rebate of $98.95 is available to individuals who have obtained a mental health care plan and referral from their GP. Medicare rebates are processed upon payment.
SIRA, DVA, and NDIS
We provide services under these schemes, with payment provided under the relevant schemes, and at no cost to the client.
